Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

The item you ordered is returned or refunded only in case of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery of the item. We are also responsible for returns and refunds in case of the incorrect variant of the ordered item for example wrong sizes, colors, and designs.

Note: In case of wrong delivery or defective product, you must complain within 2 days (48 hours) after delivery, And a video of the opening of the parcel is a must.

To be eligible for a return, you will need to record a video of the unpacking of the item package when it is delivered to you, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned with the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt and Video of the delivered item

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Any item not in its original condition and damaged or parts missing after successful delivery is not due to our fault.
• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to your provided number or email address to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your account is registered on Shop Heaven and your bank account is already included, your refund will be automatically paid to your credit card or original payment method within a few days۔If you haven’t created an account with Shop Heaven, our team will contact you for a refund.

Late or missing refunds

Check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

All items can be refunded.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if the fault is on our part and the items are damaged or damaged during delivery. Suppose there is no mistake on our part, but you still want to return or exchange the item for something else. In that case, you will have to pay the delivery fee Which is 210RS (to return the parcel to us) because the delivery charges 3 times apply for exchange and 2 times when returning the parcel.

The first time is when you receive it from Shop Heaven, which is just 140RS. The second time is when you send an item back for an exchange, and the third is when we resend you another item due to an item exchange.

Gifts

We are offering special random gifts to our customers, this gift can be random according to your purchase items or their price.

This means that if the purchased item is up to Rs.1500 then you have to buy 3 pieces together or you can buy 3 different items but the condition is that each item is up to Rs.1500 and the items are ordered on the same day.

If the price of the purchased item is less than Rs.1500, you will need to purchase 5 pieces at once.

If you are eligible for a random gift offered by us, we send you a message on the contact information you provided, and your gift will be delivered to your doorstep a few days after your purchased item is delivered.
